# I Haven't Received Feedback About the Selection Process

The feedback is given by the hiring company, on their own schedule. Empregare encourages companies to respond to all candidates, but each company decides if and when to send feedback.

## Where the feedback appears

- In [Applications](https://usinalins.empregare.com/pt-br/candidato/candidaturas): the stages (when shown by the company), requests, and questionnaire score, when released by the company (**View feedback**).
- By email or WhatsApp: the feedback arrives with the link **Message from** (company name).
- In [Messages](https://usinalins.empregare.com/pt-br/candidato/mensagens), if the company contacts you.

## What "In progress" means

That the job opening is still active at the company. The application remains **In progress** until the company closes the position, even if you do not continue in the process. The reason for not continuing does not appear on the site.

## Want to know the reason

Ask the company through their channels, such as the **Ask about the job** feature, when enabled. Empregare support does not have access to company evaluations.
