Where can I find the questionnaires and tests the company requested?

When the company requests a questionnaire, a test, or an AI interview, the request appears in two places:

• On the Dashboard, in the Needs You section, with Answer questionnaire, Take the test, or Take the interview.
• In the application, under Applications: in What to do now and in Questionnaires for this job, with Answer or Continue.

The email You have an activity to complete for the job has the Answer button, which opens the questionnaire directly on the same site where you applied. If it asks you to log in, sign in with the application account.

The request does not appear

• Correct account. Log in with the account you applied with, the one linked to your CPF. The request email is sent to that account's email.
• Correct site. If you applied through the company's career site, the email button opens that site. If it asks you to log in, log in again: each site keeps login sessions separate.
• Not yet available. The card shows Available from (date).
• Deadline passed. After the deadline, the questionnaire no longer opens. For 7 days, the Dashboard shows the request as Deadline passed, and the application shows Deadline passed on (date). Only the company can reopen it.
• Already answered. The application shows Answered on (date). If an email still requests it, check under Questionnaires for this job: if it’s answered, you don’t need to do anything else.
• Test on another platform. Some tests, like psychological or language assessments, are from another company, with a separate link sent by the job company. They do not appear on Empregare: use the link from the email or contact the company. If such a test shows as completed without you taking it, or opened blank, only the job company can request a new attempt.
• Documents requested by email. When the company requests documents at a stage, they send a questionnaire with attachment questions. If the email requests documents and nothing appears, contact the company.

Profile tests

The Behavioral Profile and the DISC Behavioral Inventory appear as Test in Needs You, with Take the test.

Still haven’t found it

Open a ticket under Report an error > Problems with video and questionnaire, including the job title and a screenshot of the received email.
