It shows I am an employee, but I don't work at the company

If you see This job is not available to company employees, the company still has you on their active employee list. Some jobs are only for outsiders, and those on this list cannot apply for them.

Why this happens

The employee list is sent and updated by the company itself (or the group of companies), using CPF or employee code. If you left and the list was not updated, you still appear as an employee. Updating your resume does not change this.

What to do

1. Contact the HR department of the job's company and ask them to remove your CPF from the active employee list.
2. After the update, try applying again.

Empregare does not have permission to change a company's employee list. If you open a support ticket, we notify the company about your case, but the change is made by them.

Open a ticket on the support page with your CPF, the company name, and the job link. We will check the record and notify the company.
